Shipping Policy

Our products are fulfilled by Amazon, and all shipping and delivery options are handled through Amazon's services. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, and most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times vary based on Amazon's shipping options and the destination of the order.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and other tracking information via email. You can also track your order through Amazon's tracking page.

Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy:

We offer refunds for products whose return is initiated within 15 days upon delivery and are returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, and packaging intact.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, minus the shipping charge.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Return Policy:

We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email within 7 days of receiving your product.
We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the customer's preference.
If the product is not defective or damaged, we may still accept a return at our discretion, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or are no longer in their original packaging.
